Hi, my name is Karen Tweedie-Oakley. As a personal trainer and Director of Group Fitness at Niagara Health and Fitness, I work one-on-one with men and women of all fitness levels.

John Johnson
Hi, my name is John Johnson. I'm the new guy on the Niagara Health and Fitness team. I bring a fresh perspective and approach to getting fit and healthy, dedicated to teaching gimmick-free, back-to-basics fitness utilizing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), old-time strongman training techniques, alternative exercises and traditional exercises. This type of exercise program has a proven track record of effectiveness through time-honored and tested movements - “put in the work, get results”. I believe in putting the “work” back into the “workout” to create a more functionally-fit body for you. With my six years of experience as a personal trainer and my life-long commitment to and passion for fitness, you will get great results.
